Dr Perera offers expert medico-legal assessments, drawing on his vast knowledge and experience to produce detailed, accurate, and reliable reports. He remains actively involved in peer education and training of junior Psychiatrists, consistently sharing his expertise to advance the field. Dr Perera’s professional journey includes a decade of service in Queensland's public mental health sector before transitioning to private psychiatric practice. His dedication to research and education is evident through his ongoing interest in academic and scholarly work.
